Our beautiful Biewer Terrier “Chanel Diamond In The Sky” simply “Jana” to us at home.
Jana is where our adventure into the breeding of Biewer Yorkshire Terriers and the different colour coated Yorkshire Terriers began.
Enchanted by her gentle, loving nature and quiet disposition we were eager to learn more about this beautiful breed. We quickly discovered that the Yorkshire Terrier not only exists as a Parti (tri-colour) coated dog but also in a wide array of colours including but not limited to the Biro Black, Chocolate and Golddust Yorkshire Terriers.
Acquired in Scotland, Jana’s parents were imported from Russia of champion lineage. Her dam was a Biro Yorkshire Terrier, (chocolate tan and white parti) while her sire is a Biewer Yorkshire Terrier, adorned in a blue, tan, and white coat.
Although shown here in a full coat of black tan & white the black has now faded to blue (silver) as it often does in the Yorkshire Terrier.
As Jana carries the Chocolate gene her puppies were Biro or Biewer.
Jana’s mission in life is to love and be loved which she always demonstrates to visitors. All of Jana’s puppies inherit her sweet, calm, gentle nature, perfect for families looking for companionship.
Jana is now retired from breeding and enjoys nannying all of our dogs & puppies.
